Following the Gandaki Provincial Civil Service Act, 2079, and the Local Service (Formation and Operation) Act, 2079, qualified candidates are invited to apply for internal, inter-level, and open inclusive competitive exams to permanently fill positions within the Provincial Civil Service and Local Service in the specified groups, sub-groups, and levels. Eligible candidates must submit their applications through the Commission's online system HERE.
These Provincial Civil Service and Local Service exams will be conducted simultaneously and in an integrated format. Candidates who succeed in the exams will be recommended for appointment to the relevant Provincial and Local bodies based on their ranking and preferences.

Age Limit
As of Asoj 29, 2081 (October 15, 2024), candidates must be between 21 and 45 years of age. However, this age limit does not apply to permanent employees of the Federal Civil Service, Provincial Civil Service of any province, or Local Service.

Payment Process and Location
After generating the bank voucher (containing the Master ID and transaction signal number) through the Commission's online application system, the application fee can be paid in cash at the designated bank or through the specified Payment Service.
