- Certified copy of Nepali citizenship certificate,

Age certificate proving the candidate is under 56 years of age,

Certified copy of the Master's degree certificate with at least a second division from a recognized university and certified copies of higher educational qualifications if applicable,

Educational certificates must be equivalent to those from Tribhuvan University,

Certified documents proving at least ten years of teaching experience at a university or experience in the government sector,

Certified documents of educational administrative experience,

Self-declaration of not being convicted by a court of any criminal offense (not disqualified by any law),

Self-declaration of not being a member of any political party,

The name and signature should only be on the outer cover page of the professional work plan.
