- Fee: NPR 200 for one group (Open or Inclusive), + NPR 100 per extra inclusive group. Candidates from backward areas get 50% off.
- Age: 18β23 years (up to 25 for permanent Nepal Police staff).
- Selection: MCQ written exam, physical test, health check-up, practical (if applicable), and interview. Use of capital letters (A, B, C, D) for MCQ answers.
- Exam Centers: Based on where you submit your form; held at Provincial Police Training Centers.
- Rules: Only one application per person. No changes after submission. False or incomplete documents will result in disqualification.
- Where to Apply: Submit forms at District Police Offices or Training Centers (e.g., Biratnagar, Janakpur, Butwal, Nepalgunj).
- Training Requirement: At least 3 months of technical training is required for most posts, except hospital roles which need a health-related diploma.

Minimum Eligibility:
(A) For IT Directorate β Engineering Group:

Passed Grade 12 or equivalent in Science.

Completed minimum 3 months training in related technical field (e.g., Computer, Electronics, Information Technology, etc.).

Nepali citizenship, no criminal record, physically and mentally fit.
(B) For Communication Directorate β Radio Group:

Same education requirements as above.

Specific technical qualifications in electronics, radio, communication.
(C) For Forensic Lab:

Grade 12 or equivalent in Science.

Related training or work experience preferred.
(D) For Nepal Police Hospital:

Passed related diploma or certification course in Health (Lab Assistant, Health Assistant, etc.).

Must be registered with the relevant council.
(E) For Record Management Directorate:

Passed Grade 12 or equivalent.

Knowledge of records handling, archiving, and basic IT.
