Vacancy for Sales Manager at Edusanjal

The ideal candidate is a motivated, well-organized individual who has a deep understanding of prospecting and developing strong relationships with customers. 

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute strategies to drive business in new and existing markets
  • Partner with Talent Acquisition to identify, recruit, and train top sales talent
  • Mentor employees to help them achieve individual & team objectives
  • Establish sales objectives by forecasting and developing annual sales targets and projecting expected sales volume and profit for existing and new products
  • Devise strategies and techniques necessary for achieving the sales targets
  • Map potential customers and generate leads for the company
  • Supervise and track the team’s performances
  • Maintain necessary data and records for future reference
  • Handle high-profile clients and provide the team with solutions for recurring problems
  • Cash the effort of the marketing team and make the most of the Edusanjal brand

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Business
  • 4+ years of sales experience
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
