Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategies to drive business in new and existing markets
- Partner with Talent Acquisition to identify, recruit, and train top sales talent
- Mentor employees to help them achieve individual & team objectives
- Establish sales objectives by forecasting and developing annual sales targets and projecting expected sales volume and profit for existing and new products
- Devise strategies and techniques necessary for achieving the sales targets
- Map potential customers and generate leads for the company
- Supervise and track the team’s performances
- Maintain necessary data and records for future reference
- Handle high-profile clients and provide the team with solutions for recurring problems
- Cash the effort of the marketing team and make the most of the Edusanjal brand
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Business
- 4+ years of sales experience
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
