Kathmandu Metropolitan City, Office of Municipal Executive, Kamaladi, Kathmandu, Bagmati Province, Nepal announces vacancies for contractual positions under the Safer Migration (SaMi) program to enhance safe, organized, and dignified foreign employment. Migrant Resource Center Counselor and Psychosocial Counselor: NPR 500.
Returnee Volunteer: NPR 300.
Salary and Benefits: As per the program's regulations.
Contract Duration: Initially, until Asar 2082, renewable energy was based on program requirements and performance evaluation.

Proficiency in Nepali and English with reporting skills. Preference for local language knowledge, education in law, or foreign employment experience.
02/081/082 (Contract Service)	Psychosocial Counselor	1	Bachelor's degree in Public Health, Nursing, Psychology, Sociology, Social Work, or Health Education, or a Postgraduate Diploma in Counseling. Six-month training in psychosocial counseling certified by the National Health Training Center. Relevant counseling work experience is preferred. Age: 21-40 years. Basic computer skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Email/Internet). Proficiency in Nepali and English with reporting skills. Preference for candidates with foreign employment experience or from the local area.
03/081/082 (Contract Service)	Returnee Volunteer	2	Minimum Grade 8 passed. Preference for candidates with foreign employment experience. Must not be disqualified under government service laws. Preference for candidates from the respective local area.

Selection Process:

Interview only for Migrant Resource Center Counselors, Psychosocial Counselors, and Returnee Volunteers.
Only shortlisted candidates will be invited for interviews.
