Vacancy for Chief Executive Director at the Technical and Vocational Education Council, Bagmati Province

The Ministry of Social Development, Bagmati Province, has announced a vacancy for the position of Chief Executive Director at the Provincial Technical and Vocational Education and Training Council.

This recruitment aligns with the Provincial Technical and Vocational Education and Training Council Act, 2075, and its Rules, 2080. The selected candidate will lead efforts to enhance the quality and accessibility of technical and vocational education across Bagmati Province.

Required Documents

Candidates must submit the following documents:

  1. Application Letter

  2. Curriculum Vitae (CV)

  3. Professional Work Plan

    • A detailed work plan for the council, as per Annex-1, Section 3 of the Rules, 2080, with a word count between 2,500 and 3,000 words.
  4. Supporting Documents

    • Copy of Nepali Citizenship Certificate
    • Proof of permanent residence within Bagmati Province
    • Copy of Master’s degree certificate or equivalent in relevant fields such as Engineering, Economics, Management, Education, Science, Agricultural Science, or Information Technology from a recognized university
    • Proof of age (Candidates must be at least 35 years old but not exceed 55 years)
    • Work experience certificate demonstrating a minimum of five years of experience in technical education and vocational training, verified by a relevant institution
    • Self-declaration letter confirming no criminal convictions and no disqualifications under any law

Only shortlisted candidates will be asked to present their professional work plans as part of the final selection process.
