- Enter sales, payments, and receipts in accounting software.
- Exhibit polite and professional communication via phone, e-mail, and mailVisit clients in support of other business activities.
- Assist in administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office
- Assist in administrative duties such as filing, typing, copying, binding, scanning, etc.

Education and Experience
+2 graduate
1 year of administrative assistance experience
Knowledge of appropriate software (MS Word, MS Excel, and Gmail)
