To submit an additional application in the inclusive group, the candidate must pay an additional fee of Rs. 200 for Level 5 and Rs. 400 for Level 6. To apply only in the inclusive group, the candidate must pay an additional fee of Rs. 200 for Level 5 and Rs. 400 for Level 6. To apply only in the inclusive group, the candidate must pay the same fee as the open one.

- Place of work: - Candidates recommended for levels 5, 6, and 7 of the Administration/Accounts and Stores Group of the Administration Service must mandatorily work in the regional offices of the Center for 2 years.
Age Limit
- For Officer Levels 6 and 7, the age should be 21 years and not exceeding 35 years; for women and disabled persons, the age should not exceed 40 years.
- The age of an Assistant Level 5 should be 18 and not exceed 35; for women and disabled persons, it should not exceed 40.
- There will be no age limit for permanent employees working at the Center.
- The period of double duty will not be counted for age, educational qualification, training, work experience, and service period.
Required Documents
- Copy of Nepali citizenship certificate.
- Copy the educational qualification certificate, character certificate, or age certificate.
- A copy of equivalence is required for candidates who have obtained a certificate from a foreign educational institution.
- In the case of Indigenous people, based on the same information in the case of a caste listed in the Nepal Indigenous/Tribes Upliftment National Foundation Act, but if there is more than one surname within a caste listed in the Nepal Indigenous/Tribes Upliftment National Foundation Act, a copy of a certificate certified by the Chief District Officer as being within the listed caste on the recommendation of the head of the concerned local level must be submitted with the application.
- In the case of Dalits, based on the same list as in the case of a caste listed by the National Dalit Commission, But if there is more than one surname within a caste listed by the National Dalit Commission, a copy of a certificate certified by the Chief District Officer as being within the listed caste on the recommendation of the head of the concerned local level must be submitted with the application.
- In the case of a person with a disability, a copy of the disability identity card issued by the Social Welfare Council or a copy of the disability identity card issued by the concerned local level stating the classification of disability as per Sub-section (3) of Section 4 of the Rights of Persons with Disabilities Act, 2074 BS shall be submitted with the application.
- In the case of Madhesi, a copy of the certificate certified as Madhesi by an organization as specified by the Government of Nepal by publishing a notification in the Nepal Gazette, but until the organization is specified by publishing a notification in the Nepal Gazette, a copy of the certificate certified as Madhesi by the Chief District Officer on the recommendation of the head of the concerned local level shall be submitted with the application.
Note:
- A single application form shall be filled out While applying for different groups of open and inclusive categories for a single post. However, the first page of the application form and the admit card shall be marked as prescribed according to the group among the open and inclusive categories to be included in the examination.
- Application forms submitted after the due date, after the deadline, or without the required documents will not be accepted.
