Vacancies for Various Positions at Rastriya Beema Company Limited

Rastriya Beema Company Limited, Ramshahpath, Kathmandu has announced vacancies for various posts in open and inclusive competition. Interested and qualified Nepali citizens are encouraged to apply.

As per the consent received from the Public Service Commission and Regulation 6 of this company's staff service, terms, and conditions regulations, 2074 (including the first amendment 2078), applications are invited from the candidates who meet the following qualifications as the permanent position has to be filled through internal and open/inclusive competitive examination. Candidates who meet the prescribed qualifications should apply through the company's online application system HERE. No action will be taken on late and overdue applications.

Minimum Qualification

• For the post of Internal Competition, the qualification as per regulation 27 of the regulation should be fulfilled.
• For Open Post: As per regulation 15 of the regulation for open posts.

Minimum Educational Qualification and Experience

• Type of examination: Written, Practical, and Interview as prescribed in the syllabus (The medium of written examination will be as prescribed in the syllabus of the respective post, language, and type.)
• The written examination will be conducted by the Public Service Commission
• Date of Written Test and Examination Centre: The date and center of the written examination will be as specified by the Public Service Commission.
• Application fee:
  • For level 6 and 7 posts, Rs. 800/- (eight hundred)
  • for level 5 and 4 posts, Rs. 500/- (five hundred).
  • In the case of candidates applying in the additional advertisement towards the inclusive group under the open category, an additional Rs.300/- (three hundred) for each group for level-6 or above posts and an additional Rs.300/- (three hundred) for each group for level 4 and 5 posts. 200/- (two hundred).
• Last date for submission of application: Jestha, 10, 2081
• Last date for submission of application with double fee: Jestha, 17, 2081
• Candidate Age Limit: 
  • Completion of 21 years and not exceeding 35 years for officer level
  • 18 years and not exceeding 35 years for assistant level, but not exceeding 40 years for women and disabled candidates of all levels till the last date of application.
  • The mentioned age limit will not apply to permanent employees working in this company.
• Application fee submission method: The fee should be submitted through the company's online application system (Esewa).
• Documents to upload: 
  • Candidates should have a Nepali Citizenship Certificate.
  • Educational Qualification (Foreign University or equivalent in case of educational qualification obtained from an educational institution)
  • Experience
  • Inclusive group opening documents, including those specified in the relevant advertisement, should be uploaded in PDF/JPG/PNG format to the designated place on the online application system.

• Salary, facilities, and other conditions of service: It will be as per the company's employee service conditions regulations, 2074 (including the First Amendment 2078).
• Special instructions regarding documents and experience to be submitted by inclusive group candidates:
  • In the case of tribal tribes, in the case of castes listed in the Nepal Adivasi Janajati Utthan Rastriya Pratisthan  Act, based on that list, but if there is more than one surname within the caste listed in the Nepal Adivasi Janajati Utthan Rastriya Pratisthan Act, it is certified as a surname within the caste listed by the chief district officer on the recommendation of the head of the local level concerned. It should be submitted along with the application form.
  • In the case of Dalits, based on the same list as in the case of castes listed by the National Dalit Commission, but if there is more than one surname within the caste listed by the National Dalit Commission, on the recommendation of the head of the local level, the Chief District Officer shall certify that the surname is within the caste listed by the National Dalit Commission and submit the application along with it.
  • In the case of Madhesi, the Government of Nepal publishes a notice in the Nepal Gazette and certifies that they are Madhesi from the prescribed institution. However, until the institution is designated by publishing a notice in the Nepal Gazette, on the recommendation of the head of the relevant local level, the application must be certified by the Chief District Officer as Madhesi.
• Miscellaneous:
  • The minimum educational qualification, service period, age, experience should be completed by the last date of receipt of application. Double duty period shall not be counted for this purpose.
  • has not been submitted within the time limit specified by the company, has not met the minimum qualification, has not disclosed other details specified, or has not paid the prescribed fee, applications will not be accepted.
  • Candidates who have received a certificate of educational qualification from a foreign institution must scan the document and upload it at the designated place after having the equivalence determined by the relevant agency within the last date of application.
  • Candidates should compulsorily disclose which open and inclusive group they are going to be candidates for.

  • Candidates must use only black ink in the written examination.

  • When coming to the written examination, the candidates must download their complete citizenship certificate and the admit card from the company's online application system.

  • Not disqualified according to rule 16 of the regulation for open side and not disqualified according to regulation 27 of regulation for Internal Competition.
