Brief Tasks and Duties:
She/he will assist Plus 2 Program Director of Management Stream in preparing and conducting classes as well as continuous monitoring, evaluation and overall academic development of students.
General Requirements
- Compassionate and positive attitude; and strong understanding of student development
- A minimum two years’ experience in similar institutions with knowledge of variety of effective assessment and evaluation practices.
- Master’s degree with sound academic achievements.
- Excellent oral and communication skills.
- Must demonstrate excellent leadership , team and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent counseling and problem solving skills.
- Strong ICT skills including a very good command of Microsoft Word and Excel.
