Kumari Public Educational Trust, a renowned organization dedicated to supporting orphans and underprivileged children in Kawasoti, Nawalparasi (East), has announced two major job openings. The trust is seeking a dynamic General Director and an experienced Principal for its primary school.
The trust, which consists of a committed team of 27 employees, aims to bring significant positive impact in the fields of education and health for orphans and socially disadvantaged children.
1. General Director
The General Director will serve as the administrative head, responsible for the overall management and strategic development of the foundation. This role demands strong leadership, excellent communication skills in both English and Nepali, and the ability to manage stakeholders and staff harmoniously.
Key Responsibilities:
- Planning and implementing strategies aligned with the foundation’s mission and vision.
- Managing financial and administrative operations.
- Monitoring organizational performance and reporting to donors and stakeholders.
- Leading team building and maintaining regular coordination with the board.
Required Qualifications:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in the social or NGO sector.
- A Bachelor’s degree in any field.
- Age between 30 and 50 years.
Salary: NPR 50,000 – 70,000 (based on experience and performance)
2. Principal – Kumari Primary School
The Principal will focus on fostering a bias-free, safe, and growth-oriented learning environment. This role involves guiding and training teachers, encouraging new ideas, and ensuring the personal development of each student.
Key Responsibilities:
- Enhancing the teaching capabilities of staff.
- Promoting an inclusive and stimulating educational environment.
- Introducing and implementing innovative educational practices.
Required Qualifications:
- Minimum 3 years of teaching experience.
- Bachelor’s degree in Education or equivalent.
- Proficiency in English and Nepali, along with computer literacy.
- Age between 30 and 50 years.
Salary: NPR 40,000 – 50,000
