- Candidates with backgrounds in Early Childhood Development and Education (e.g., Montessori, ECEC, ICDP, etc.) will have an advantage.
- Excellent communication skills in English and Nepali, proficiency in computer applications, strong interpersonal skills, and a positive attitude.

- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Engineering with a minimum second division or equivalent.
