The candidate must possess recognized degree by the Kathmandu University and Nepal Medical Council in the respective specialties and must be registered with the Nepal Medical Council.
The college also requires:
- Medical Officers in the Department of Neurosurgery, General Practice & Emergency Medicine as well as in ICUs
- Electronic Medical Records Department Personnel
- Nutritionist.
- Nursing staff with MN Qualification registered with NNC
