KFA was established in July 2001 and is contributing in Training, Education and Consulting. As an academic wing of KEA, 'KEA Business School & IT' in affiliation with Lincoln University College has been running MBA and BHM programs with its highly innovative and unique teaching methodologies.
KFA has embraced Dual Faculty System (DFS) in its MBA Program As per D F S. all the subjects are taught by two Resource Persons. While Academic Professors (APs) teach from the textbooks covering conventional and contemporary emerging theories. Professional Contributors (PCs) bang in the real case studies from their respective work experience to align with respective Units of the Syllabus.
DFSH highly effective and good learning experience for
- Academic Professors. Who can gel first hand exposure of practical aspects of business;
- Professional Contributors. Who can acquire knowledge from emerging theories around the world: and needless to say.
