Prof. Dr. Kailash Nath Pyakurel has served as the founding Vice-Chancellor (VC) of Agriculture and Forestry University. Prof. Ishwari Prasad Dhakal was the second VC and now Prof. Dr. Punya Prasad Regmi is sitting in that chair.
