An 18-day comprehensive Barista Training Course designed to equip students with essential coffee-making skills. The program is divided into 13 days of intensive Coffee Lab sessions (40 hours) and a 5-day internship, emphasizing hands-on experience. The curriculum includes:​

  • Coffee Knowledge: Exploration of coffee history, plant varieties, cultivation, and processing methods.​

  • Roasting & Brewing: Techniques in coffee roasting, blending, and various brewing methods using different equipment.​

  • Barista Skills: Training in grinder calibration, espresso extraction, milk steaming, latte art (Heart, Tulip, Rosetta), and preparation of over 50 coffee drinks.

The course fee is NPR 20,000, with each batch accommodating 5-6 participants to ensure personalized instruction. Led by Specialty Coffee Association (SCA) certified professionals, Mount Strada Barista Academy provides cutting-edge, practical knowledge and hands-on training to help advance your career in specialty coffee.
