Tulsipur Sub-Metropolitan City is one of the 10 municipalities in Dang District of Lumbini Province. As per the 2021 census, the sub-metropolitan city has a total population of 179,755, comprising 84,764 males (47.2%) and 94,991 females (52.8%), with a literacy rate of 83.14%. Spanning 384.63 square kilometers, Tulsipur Sub-Metropolitan City exhibits the population density of 467 people per square kilometer. Administratively, it is divided into 19 wards.
