Tokha Municipality is one of the 11 municipalities in Kathmandu District of Bagmati Province. As per the 2021 census, the municipality has a total population of 133,755, comprising 66,532 males (49.7%) and 67,223 females (50.3%), with a literacy rate of 91.05%. Spanning 17.11 square kilometers, Tokha Municipality exhibits the population density of 7,817 people per square kilometer. Administratively, it is divided into 11 wards.
