Rangeli Municipality is one of the 17 municipalities in Morang District of Koshi Province. As per the 2021 census, the municipality has a total population of 57,494, comprising 27,974 males (48.7%) and 29,520 females (51.3%), with a literacy rate of 71.72%. Spanning 111.78 square kilometers, Rangeli Municipality exhibits the population density of 514 people per square kilometer. Administratively, it is divided into 9 wards.
