Phidim Municipality is one of the 8 municipalities in Panchthar District of Koshi Province. As per the 2021 census, the municipality has a total population of 48,495, comprising 23,679 males (48.8%) and 24,816 females (51.2%), with a literacy rate of 83.72%. Spanning 192.5 square kilometers, Phidim Municipality exhibits the population density of 252 people per square kilometer. Administratively, it is divided into 14 wards.
