Kolhabi Municipality is one of the 16 municipalities in Bara District of Madhesh Province. As per the 2021 census, the municipality has a total population of 51,182, comprising 24,862 males (48.6%) and 26,320 females (51.4%), with a literacy rate of 65.74%. Spanning 157.4 square kilometers, Kolhabi Municipality exhibits the population density of 325 people per square kilometer. Administratively, it is divided into 11 wards.
