Jina Acdemy

Jina Academy, located in Kunauri, Manthali of Ramechhap district, is a community-focused educational institution established in 2080 B.S. (2024 A.D.). The school offers classes from Play Group to Grade 5 in a safe and child-friendly environment, guided by the philosophy of holistic and inclusive education. The academy provides well-equipped classrooms, a secure playground, and a creative learning atmosphere designed to foster both academic and social development in children.

The school was founded in loving memory of Jina Park, a compassionate kindergarten teacher from South Korea who dedicated her time volunteering in Nepal. After her sudden passing in January 2018, her fellow volunteers came together to fulfill her dream of establishing a school that would serve the local community. This collective effort resulted in the opening of Jina Academy on 25th Chaitra 2080 B.S. (April 7, 2024 A.D.), making it a living tribute to her legacy of service and kindness.

Jina Academy is staffed with qualified and caring teachers, supported by an IT-integrated computer lab and enriched through various extracurricular and creative activities. The school also organizes unique programs like ‘Akshararambha’, a free admission event that features free games, face painting, science exhibitions, food stalls, and more to engage students and parents alike. Emphasizing digital learning, value education, and emotional well-being, the school continues to grow as a beacon of hope and opportunity for the Ramechhap community.
