The DGCA (Diploma in Global Culinary Arts) is recognized as a Level 4 diploma on the EQF (European Qualifications Framework). The program consists of 6 months of on-site training followed by a 6-month internship. It is a Scottish Diploma that ensures guaranteed job placement abroad. Applicants under the age of 30 with a minimum SEE grade of D+ are eligible to apply.
