Lumbini Sanskritik Municipality is one of the 16 municipalities in Rupandehi District of Lumbini Province. As per the 2021 census, the municipality has a total population of 87,383, comprising 43,164 males (49.4%) and 44,219 females (50.6%), with a literacy rate of 71.14%. Spanning 112.21 square kilometers, Lumbini Sanskritik Municipality exhibits the population density of 779 people per square kilometer. Administratively, it is divided into 13 wards.
