Duhabi Municipality is one of the 12 municipalities in Sunsari District of Koshi Province. As per the 2021 census, the municipality has a total population of 66,074, comprising 32,797 males (49.6%) and 33,277 females (50.4%), with a literacy rate of 73.2%. Spanning 76.67 square kilometers, Duhabi Municipality exhibits the population density of 862 people per square kilometer. Administratively, it is divided into 12 wards.

According to the latest publicly available report of the Center for Education and Human Resource Development (CEHRD), Duhabi has 53 schools. Of these, 20 are private and 27 are public. The breakdown includes 42 pre-schools, 52 basic schools, and 14 secondary schools. Among the secondary schools, 5 offer +2 programs.
