Myagdi is a mountainous district that lies west of Pokhara and is known for its spectacular natural landscapes. The total land area of Myagdi spreads over 2297.06 square kilometers. It is a gateway to the Dhaulagiri region and serves as a prominent destination for both adventure and spiritual tourism. Beni is the administrative district headquarter of Myagdi.
Myagdi is surrounded by Kaski and Parbat in the east, and Dolpa and Rukum in the west. To the south, it is bordered by Baglung, and is surrounded by Manang, and Mustang to the north.
