Scholarship to study MA, M. Phil in English and MDEVS from Pokhara University

UPDATE (January 18, 2019)

Pokhara University, Faculty of Humanities and Social Sciences notifies the change in scholarship exam date for M.Phil, MA in English and MDEVS that was going to be held on Magh 7 (January 21, 2019). Now, the exam has been postponed to Magh 25 (Februrary 08, 2019) . New date for the scholarship form submission is on Magh 24, 2075 (February 07, 2019).

Pokhara University, Faculty of Humanities and Social Science call for the application for the scholarship to study MA English, M. Phil in English, MDEVS in for the academic session February 2019. 

Scholarship available programs

• Master of Arts in English - 3 Seats (IACER, Kathmandu)
• MPhil in English — 3 Seats (IACER, Kathmandu)
• Master of Development Studies (MDEVS)- 5 Seats (SDSE, Pokhara)

Key dates:

• Examination Fee: 1000
• Form submission date: Magh 06, 2075 (20 January 2019)
• Scholarship exam date: Magh 07, 2075 (21 January 2019)
• Written exam time: 1:00 PM to 4:00 PM (Three Hours)
• Examination center: Pokhhara University, School of Development and Social Engineering Academic Building, Pokhara Municipality- 30, Kaski

Eligibility

• Candidate should have passed the Bachelor level in relevant subject or other to enroll in Master of Arts in English.
• Candidate should have passed the Master level in relevant subject or other to enroll in M. Phil in English.

Documents to be submitted:

• Copy of citizenship certificate.
• For Master level: Transcript of SLC or equivalent, +2 or certificate level and transcript of Bachelor and character certificate.
• For M.Phil programs: Transcript of SLC or equivalent, +2 or certificate level and transcript of Bachelor and character certificate along with Master passed transcript and character certificate.
