This notice is published to inform all eligible students studying in any community or institutional school in Nepal who qualify to receive scholarships under the Foreign Employment Offspring Scholarship Program.

Important guidelines for the scholarship application
- The scholarship is given to the children of foreign-employed individuals who died, became physically disabled, or became seriously ill while working abroad.
- Students under 18 who have attended community schools (from pre-primary through Class 12) are eligible to apply.
Required documents
- Document of the labor approval from NISSA
- Citizenship of the applicant’s guardian
- Passport photocopy of the deceased or completely physically impaired individual
- A copy of the deceased person's death certificate
- A certificate of disclosure of disability during the course of foreign employment
- A copy of the birth certificate of the student
- Document to prove the relationship between the applicant and the foreign employed person
- Recommendation letter from the local authority
