Purbanchal University, Faculty of Science and Technology, has opened online applications for entrance examinations for the scholarship of the following Master's level programs for the academic year 2081/82 (2025 AD).
- Master of Computer Application (MCA)
- Master of Information Technology (MIT)
- M.Sc. Nutrition and Dietetics
- M.Sc. in Agriculture (Agri-Business Management)
- M.Sc. Meat Technology

- Application Deadline with regular fee (2000) : 2082/01/09 (April 22, 2025) until midnight
- Application Deadline with double fee (Rs 4000): 2082/01/11 (April 24) until Thursday midnight
- Entrance Examination Date: 2082/01/13 (April 16, 2025) from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM

Regarding Scholarship
According to the Purbanchal University's Scholarship Regulations 2078, the university has provisions to provide 10 percent (5 percent meritorious and 5 percent reserved) scholarships.
Students applying under the reserved category must compulsorily mark the tick in their reserved category in the application form. Additionally, scanned copies of all necessary documents, as mentioned in the Scholarship Regulations 2078, must be attached in JPEG/JPG/PNG format for upload.
In accordance with rule "B" of the student admission guidelines 2080, the University will conduct online entrance examinations for these programs. Candidates who have successfully completed their Bachelor's degree with the minimum required qualifications are eligible to apply.
Application Process:
- Candidates must fill out the online application form available on the University's website.
- Candidates must attach scanned copies of their passport-sized photographs and academic transcripts.
- Payment for the application fee must be made through online payment systems.
- Candidates who have completed their Bachelor's degree from foreign universities must also submit scanned copies of equivalency certificates issued by the relevant Nepali authorities.
