Sanima Bank invites recent SEE graduates to apply for a scholarship program that the bank has founded. The bank offers scholarships to two students from each sector, and the bank has a branch outside of Kathmandu Valley as part of its scholarship program. The program allows the scholarship bearer to enroll at the institute of their choice and also choose their faculty.
The scheme provides the student with a maximum of NRs. 50,000 per year, of which NRs. 2,000 is provided to the student for study materials.
The scholarship is exclusively granted to students belonging to poor and needy families.

Applicant Qualifications
- Applicant must be a local resident of the bank's branch area.
- Applicant must have studied in any Government/ Community school of the same area for at least 3 years.
- The applicant can only enroll in faculties offered by institutes in the same area. They are, however, free to select an institute and faculty from within the locality.
- The scholarship is only given to a student after the institute has decided to enroll him or her.
- The applicant must be a full-time student.
- The most deserving applicant is selected by a committee of local people selected by the bank. The committee may interview the applicant and their family members.
- The scholarship is set in effect from admission to an institute.
- The applicant should not be bearing any other scholarships for the time being.
Required Documents
- A single copy of a passport-sized photo.
- SEE Marksheet and Character Certificate.
- Proof that the student has been studying in a government or community institute in the bank's branch locality for at least three years.
- Father's / Mother's Citizenship Cards copy.
