The School of Engineering, Kathmandu University (KU) invites applications for 'Laxmi Bank Scholarship for Women in STEM' from Nepali female students pursuing a graduate (Master's) and Ph.D. Studies in the field of Engineering.
Eligibility criteria:
(a) Female candidates pursuing a graduate First year (Master's) or Ph.D. degree in a STEM field.
(b) A Nepalese citizen.
(c) A full-time student at the School of Engineering, Kathmandu University.
(d) Not yet been granted any scholarships.
Procedure and enclosures:
A completed application must be submitted to the respective Department of the School of Engineering by Jestha 15, 2082 (May 29, 2025) along with the enclosure of the following documents (attested photocopies).
(a) Citizenship certificate.
(b) Marks sheet and character certificate of SLC/SEE.
(c) Transcript and character certificate of +2 and undergraduate levels.
(d) Transcript and character certificate of graduate level (for Ph.D. students).
(e) Proof of being a full-time student of the School of Engineering. Kathmandu University.
