Janakpurdham Sub-Metropolitan City Office has issued a re-notice regarding the application process for free scholarships in institutional schools for students from Grades 1 to 10.
The scholarship application and entrance examination process had previously been scheduled from Baisakh 21 to Baisakh 31, 2083, with the entrance examination set for Jestha 3, 2083. However, following complaints that some schools did not comply with the earlier notice, the sub-metropolitan office has reopened the application process.

- Application Form Submission: May 22 to May 29, 2026 (Jestha 8 to 15, 2083)
- Scholarship Entrance Examination: May 31, 2026 (Jestha 17, 2083) from 8:00 AM
- Examination Center: The respective school where the student wishes to study or is studying
- Result Publication Date: June 3, 2026 (Jestha 20, 2083)
The scholarships will be provided in accordance with the Institutional School Scholarship Distribution Procedure 2081, based on the prescribed scholarship quota and reservation provisions.
