The Government of Egypt has granted one scholarship seat to the Government of Nepal for MBBS undergraduate studies for the academic session 2025/26. In line with this, the Medical Education Commission (MEC), Sanothimi, Bhaktapur, has invited applications from eligible Nepali candidates for nomination to this scholarship opportunity.

- Eligibility: Candidates must have qualified the MECEE-BL 2025 (Medical Education Common Entrance Examination – Bachelor Level).
- Selection based on merit from eligible candidates.
- Online application submission period: 2082/02/03 (May 17, 2025) to 2082/02/09 (May 23, 2025).
- Application deadline: 3:00 PM on 2082/02/09 (May 23, 2025).
- Applications to be submitted via the official online portal of the Medical Education Commission (https://mec.gov.np).
