Ageing Nepal is offering three fellowships in collaboration with Ageing Nepal Switzerland. This fellowship will support students doing their MPhil. or Master's thesis as a partial fulfillment of the academic requirements of their degrees in any way of field.
Eligibility
- The applicant must be a full-time student enrolled in a Master's or M.Phil's level program in one of the universities of Nepal.
- The research topic must be related to the issue of ageing (60+ years) population in Nepal.
- The thesis has to be written in English and must be completed by the end of April 15, 2027.
Interested Master's (MA) or M.Phil level students are requested to submit an application in the prescribed format to ageingnep@gmail.com.
The selected three researchers will be granted Rs. 40,000 (forty thousand) each before taxes in two installments - (Forty percent at the beginning of fieldwork and sixty percent after the thesis is approved by the respective academic institution). Two hard and one soft copy of the approved thesis must be submitted to Ageing Nepal.
