Best Principals at Basic Schools (Public) of Nepal– 2082: PAN

The Principals Association of Nepal (PAN) has honored the Best Head Teachers of Basic Schools in Nepal for their outstanding leadership, dedication, and transformative contributions to the country’s public education system. These educators have set inspiring examples through their innovative practices, strong community engagement, and student-centered school management.

The awardees were selected following a rigorous evaluation process based on multiple indicators of school improvement and academic leadership. The selection committee was chaired by renowned education expert Professor Dr. Bidya Nath Koirala.

Recognition at PAN’s National Conference

These exemplary head teachers will be felicitated at PAN’s Second National Conference, which aims to celebrate and promote leadership excellence in education on June 6, 2025 (23rd Jestha 2082) at City Hall Pokhara. The theme of this conference is "Redefining Leadership Dimensions: Pioneering Change for School Excellence"

The event is expected to draw over 1,000 educators, policymakers, and students from across Nepal.
