United School has announced that its students have been selected as the official delegates of Nepal for the AI for Good – Robotics for Good Youth Challenge 2026. The global event will be held in Geneva, Switzerland, from July 7 to 10, 2026, and is hosted by the United Nations’ AI for Good initiative, bringing together young innovators from around the world to showcase solutions in robotics and artificial intelligence.
The selection reflects United School’s continued commitment to fostering innovation, creativity, and hands-on learning in robotics, coding, and artificial intelligence. Through its dedicated clubs and mentorship-based learning approach, the school has been consistently preparing students to compete at national and international levels, strengthening Nepal’s presence in global STEM competitions.

The students were selected through a national competition organized by the Robotics Association of Nepal (RAN), which serves as the official pathway for identifying Nepal’s representatives for the AI for Good – Robotics for Good Youth Challenge. Based on their performance, Aarav Gautam, Abriya Shrestha, and Nirvana Singh Rayamajhi have been chosen to represent Nepal as part of the Junior and Senior Teams.
This marks the second consecutive year that United School students have been selected to represent Nepal at this prestigious international competition. In 2025, Team Gautam Buddha, comprising Aarav Gautam and Paridhi Shrestha, secured second place at the same event in Geneva, highlighting the school’s growing excellence in robotics and AI-based innovation. Aarav Gautam now returns as a two-time national representative.
On the eve of their departure, Mr. Nara Hang Rai, Founder Director of United School, extended his congratulations and best wishes to the selected students. He stated:
“Congratulations on representing Nepal on an international stage. You are about to embark on an exciting and challenging journey, and I hope it brings innovation, teamwork, and confidence as you showcase your talent and bring pride to Nepal at the AI for Good – Robotics for Good Youth Challenge 2026 in Geneva. Best of luck with your efforts.”

In the coming days, the selected students will finalize their projects as they prepare to compete with teams from various countries. United School continues to emphasize experiential learning through robotics, coding, and applied artificial intelligence, supported by structured clubs and mentorship programs at its Imadol, Lalitpur campus.
United School congratulates Aarav Gautam, Abriya Shrestha, and Nirvana Singh Rayamajhi on their achievement and wishes them success as they represent Nepal on the global stage in Geneva.
