Premier International IB Continuum School, Nepal’s first and only International Baccalaureate (IB) Continuum School, proudly hosted the Premier Sports Gala 2024. This unique event united students, teachers, and parents in a vibrant celebration of sportsmanship, teamwork, and community spirit. Unlike conventional sports days, the Sports Gala reflects the school’s ethos of fostering a positive attitude towards sports and physical well-being while encouraging collaboration and friendly competition.
The event was divided into three dynamic segments to ensure active participation from all age groups. The first set of races focused on students from the Primary Years Programme (PYP), including early years through Grade 5. These events emphasized the importance of teamwork and collaboration while introducing younger students to the joy of physical activity in a fun, supportive environment. The second segment was dedicated to the Middle Years Programme (MYP), comprising Grades 6 to 10 students. The final set of events focused on senior high school students from Grades 11 and 12, enrolled in either the International Baccalaureate Diploma Programme (IBDP) or the National Examination Board (NEB) curriculum. These races highlighted the culmination of years of personal and athletic growth as students competed with energy and determination. The senior students embodied the values of excellence and sportsmanship, inspiring younger participants with their dedication and enthusiasm.
