An entrepreneurial exhibition- Futurepreneurs Fair 2026: Putting Nepal on the Global Map, organized by Premier International IB Continuum School has drawn significant attention from the industry sector, highlighting a range of student-led business concepts—from initial proposals to potential investment opportunities.

Held as part of the school’s annual program, the event brought together young innovators, industry experts, and parents, offering a platform for students to present creative and practical business ideas developed and operated by themselves.

Grade 11 NEB Management students and IBDP Year 1 students showcased complete business concepts based on locally available Nepali resources. Each group delivered pitch-style presentations before a panel of judges, seeking feedback and potential investment, while gaining exposure to a real-world startup ecosystem beyond the classroom.

A total of six innovative concepts were presented, including a natural mosquito-repellent mist, a furandana-based healthy snack, a vegan dairy alternative product line, a Dhaka fabric-based business, a pickle venture representing all seven provinces, and a sustainable wood products business.

Among them, the Dhaka-based brand Dhakacouture won the “Best Pitch Overall” award, earning recognition for its strong concept and execution. The Dhaka business along with the mosquito-repellent mist also attracted investment interest from judges. Meanwhile, the vegan dairy concept demonstrated potential as a supply product for KAR-MA Coffee, and the pickle business stood out for its effective marketing strategy.

The judging panel included notable figures such as Birgit Lienhart (Founder of KAR-MA Coffee), Bini Bajracharya (founder of Abir and a Shark Tank Nepal participant), and Jitendra Ranjit (Founder of Avani Advertising), whose insights provided valuable guidance on building sustainable and scalable businesses.

Praising the students’ performance, judge Jitendra Ranjit remarked, "In Grade 11, you are already thinking like MBA graduates. I would love to hire you as soon as you're done with high school."

The event underscored the importance of experiential learning by engaging students in real-life business challenges. Through developing and presenting business models, participants demonstrated key future-ready skills such as critical thinking, creativity, and entrepreneurial confidence.

The program not only showcased the entrepreneurial potential of young learners but also emphasized the possibility of creating world-class solutions using local resources. Parents and attendees witnessed firsthand the students’ professionalism, presentation skills, and dedication.

The initiative reflects the core objective of the school’s IB Continuum framework, which integrates academic rigor with real-world application. "By engaging students in live business challenges — from market research and product development to investor pitching — Premier International equips learners with the critical thinking, creativity, and entrepreneurial confidence that are increasingly essential in today's world," reads the press statement issued by the school. It mentions, "Futurepreneurs is one expression of that philosophy in action: an environment where rigorous academic learning meets real-world application, producing students who can hold their own in rooms with industry veterans."
