Kathford International College of Engineering and Management successfully concluded BizBuzz 2025, its flagship inter-college business fest, on July 18, 2025 (Shrawan 2, 2082). With over 5000 attendees, 8 participating colleges, and 10 dynamic sub-events, BizBuzz 2025 became a landmark platform celebrating innovation, leadership, and entrepreneurial excellence.
The event brought together some of Nepal’s brightest young minds, esteemed educators, industry leaders, and creative professionals. Participants showcased talents across competitions such as Pitch Tank, Boardroom Battles, Survival Run, Runway Revolution, Profit Pirates, Think & Talk, and more, pushing boundaries in creativity, strategy, and collaboration.
In the event, Prime College succeeded in ranking as the Winner and Overall Champion for their exceptional all-around performance across multiple events, while Shanker Dev Campus secured the 1st Runner-Up position, impressing judges with their sharp insights and teamwork.
Similarly, Nepal Commerce Campus (NCC) earned the 2nd Runner-Up title and stood out further by winning two special awards: the Manager Sahab Award presented to Smarika Adhikari for her remarkable leadership, and the Best Social Media Engagement Award for NCC’s enthusiastic online presence that amplified the excitement of the event. These recognitions reflected not only competitive success but also creativity, leadership, and the vibrant energy that defined BizBuzz 2025.
Speaking at the ceremony, Dr. Rajendra Kumar Pokharel, Principal of Kathford, stated, “BizBuzz 2025 was more than a competition—it was a celebration of ideas, teamwork, and future leadership. We are incredibly proud of all the participants, volunteers, and sponsors who made this event a grand success.”
