Upgraded Online System Revolutionizes Issuance of Foreign Study Permits

The commission has enhanced its online system for issuing foreign study permits to streamline the distribution of eligibility letters more efficiently. In line with this, the Guideline on Foreign Study Permit for Undergraduate, Postgraduate, Fellowship Program, and Higher Level Training has been updated in 2077, and the management guide for the updated guideline, known as the Updated Guideline Foreign Study Permit (Eligibility Letter) Management Guide, is now available in 2079. Additionally, the Eligibility Setter management software has also been upgraded.

To apply for a foreign study permit (eligibility letter), applicants are required to enter detailed information online. The system will automatically receive the submitted documents, and if they meet the necessary criteria, the applicant will be notified about the next steps. The notification will include a link to download the permit from the online system used for the application. Please adhere to these instructions accordingly.
