TU's Educational Certificates Go Online for Easy Access

The Office of the Controller of Examinations at Tribhuvan University, Balkhu, has unveiled plans to roll out online services for the distribution of educational certificates, starting January 29. This initiative, spearheaded by Examination Controller Pushpa Raj Joshi, aims to streamline the certificate retrieval process, eliminating the need for physical visits to the Balkhu Office.

The online platform will enable students to access a variety of services, including transcripts, provisional certificates, re-totaling, and copies of educational certificates. Interested individuals can fill out an online form and conveniently make the required payments through e-payment methods.

To enhance efficiency and reduce wait times, the office will dispatch educational certificates to the respective regional offices within a week. This strategic move is designed to alleviate the burden on students and eliminate the necessity of visiting the Balkhu office in person.

The rollout will initially focus on sending certificates to regional offices, with future plans to extend this service to respective campuses from May onwards. This phased approach ensures a gradual and seamless transition to the new online system.

Examination Controller Pushpa Raj Joshi emphasized that this innovative approach will benefit the approximately 1,000-2,000 students who visit the Balkhu Office daily for educational certificates. The streamlined process is expected to provide a more accessible and time-efficient solution for students.

Students eager to take advantage of these online services can complete the necessary forms on the Office of the Controller of Examinations' website. Tribhuvan University maintains regional offices in Biratnagar, Pokhara, Nepalgunj, Attariya, and Balkhu. This transformative step towards digitization marks a significant milestone in the university's commitment to modernizing administrative processes and enhancing student convenience.
