The proposal, accompanied by a specific set of documents, must be submitted at the designated office by 4 o'clock in mid-Mangshir 2080.
The documents required for submission are as follows:
- A concise introduction to the research proposal
- Curriculum Vitae
- A letter of recommendation from the relevant campus or department
- Certified copies of transcripts and degrees for both the master's and bachelor's programs
- An appointment letter
- A letter of endorsement from the Community Campus Professor
The university emphasizes that the proposals must be submitted by a minimum of two individuals, with the principal investigator holding an academic degree. It's crucial to adhere to the submission deadline, as any proposals received after the specified time will not be considered.
