Tribhuvan University, Examination Control Office, Balkhu, announces to provide online services from the 15th day of Magh, 2080. The tasks that were previously carried out over an extended period, often taking weeks, can now be done from the comfort of home through online channels.

According to Examination Controller Office's prior information, tasks such as educational certificates, transcripts, provisionals, duplicates, re-evaluations, corrections, etc., can be processed online through payment mediums.

Due to the increased crowd in physical presence, delays in service flow, and various issues in the process, the Examination Controller Office has shifted to providing services online for smoother operations.

To avail services online, follow these steps:

  1. Log in to www.tuexam.edu.np: Visit the official website and log in to your account.

  2. Click on Certificate Link: Once logged in, initiate the process by clicking on the certificate link.

  3. Sign Up and Email Confirmation: Upon signing up, an email containing a confirmation link will be sent. Click on the link to proceed.

  4. Upload Registration Slip: Access an interface to upload your registration slip, supporting formats include PDF, JPG, and image files.

  5. Transcript and Additional Services: Provide necessary information in the Transcript section. If extra services are needed, select the relevant option and fill out the online form. Deposit the specified fee into the designated bank account.

  6. Submission and Processing: After submitting your request, the relevant department will kickstart the service delivery process. You will be notified once your transcript is ready if all details are accurate and complete.

  7. Certificate Distribution: Students utilizing online services can collect their certificates from their respective regional examination control office.

Operational Details

  • Online services will commence at 10:00 AM on 15th Magh, 2080 (Monday, January 29, 2024).
  • Initially, both online and offline services will be available, with a transition period.
  • Keep an eye out for future notifications regarding the full implementation of online services.

Collection of Certificates: When collecting certificates, personally visit or send a trusted representative. Proof of identity will be required during collection.
