The National Examination Board, Examination Control Office (Grade 10), has released the schedule for the supplementary (grade improvement) examination for the year 2081.
Eligibility
All the candidates who participated as regular candidates in the Secondary Education Examination (SEE) held from Chaitra 7, 2081 and were unable to obtain grades or were absent.
SEE Supplementary exam will start on Sharwan 29, 2082 and ends on Bhadra 16, 2082
The exam will be conducted from 8 AM to 11 AM. The office has stated that since it is the rainy season, conducting the exam in the morning has been avoided as students may face difficulties reaching the exam centers.
Application Deadline:
Candidates must submit the filled application form, along with the voucher for Rs. 500/- deposited in revenue account no. 14223, a copy of the admit card, and the gradesheet (downloaded from the website), through their respective schools to the Education Development and Coordination Unit by Shrawan 16, 2082 B.S.

Notes:
- The examination application form can be downloaded and filled from the website of the Office of the Controller of Examinations, Class 10 (www.see.gov.np).
- Even in the event of an unexpected holiday, the examination will not be postponed without prior notice from the Office of the Controller of Examinations, Class 10, National Examinations Board.
- Candidates must submit the filled application form, along with the voucher for Rs. 500/- deposited in revenue account no. 14223, a copy of the admit card, and the gradesheet (downloaded from the website), through their respective schools to the Education Development and Coordination Unit by Shrawan 16, 2082 B.S.
- For candidates whose admit cards from the regular examination of 2081 B.S. have not been submitted, their admit cards have been retained, and candidates must participate based on those same admit cards.
- Information regarding examination centers will be provided by the concerned Education Development and Coordination Units.
- No alternative arrangements will be made for candidates who do not appear for the examination as per the specified center and schedule.
- Candidates whose examination results have been cancelled will not be allowed to participate in re-examination.
- Education Development and Coordination Units are requested to perform Online Entry of details, including subjects, for candidates who apply to participate in the supplementary examination, center-wise, by Shrawan 18, 2082 B.S., and also requested to securely keep the submitted application forms for six months.

- If dissatisfied with the published results, there is a provision for re-totaling and re-checking of answer scripts. An online application system is available for re-totaling. Accordingly, candidates can apply for the subjects they wish to re-total by filling out the re-totaling form on this office's website. For this year's re-totaling, the deadline is set for 5:00 PM on Ashar 23, 2082 B.S.
