The National Examination Board, Office of the Controller of Examinations (Class 10), has issued an urgent notice for all regular students currently studying in Class 10 in the academic year 2081, as well as those who were unable to participate in the Secondary Education Examination (SEE) 2081 due to absence, examination cancellation, or failure. All such students are required to fill out the registration form in order to appear in the SEE 2082.
According to the Board, all eligible students must fill up their registration forms through their respective schools. The form can be downloaded from the official website: www.neb.gov.np.
Who Can Register?
Students falling under the following categories are eligible to fill up the SEE 2082 registration form:
- Regular students currently studying in Class 10 in the academic year 2081.
- Students who registered for SEE 2081 but could not appear due to absence, cancellation, or did not meet the minimum grade requirement (D+ in theory and C in practical).
- Students whose previous registration was cancelled due to submission of false information, provided they submit necessary evidence and a recommendation letter from their former school as per the Board's decision on 2082/01/09.
- Students enrolled in technical stream schools who have completed the registration process under existing rules.
Important Instructions
Students are advised to accurately fill in their details according to their citizenship or birth certificate. All personal details, including names, date of birth (in AD), and parental information must be entered in Nepali. Past registration numbers must be clearly mentioned by students who missed the SEE 2081. Additionally, students must specify their gender, mother tongue, caste, and any disability details if applicable.

Additional Notes
- Students must register only through the school where they are currently enrolled. Dual registration from multiple institutions will lead to automatic cancellation.
- Schools must thoroughly verify all student information before submission. They will be held accountable for any discrepancies.
- Registration forms submitted for ineligible students will be automatically invalidated.
