Resources For Students Appearing in the SEE Grade Improvement Exam

In accordance with the letter No. 563 dated 2081/03/14 from the Ministry of Education, Science, and Technology, all the students who have not received grades in the examination conducted in Chaitra 2080 B.S are eligible to participate in the grade improvement (supplementary) examination of the Secondary Education Examination (SEE) to be held in the month of Sharwan 2081 B.S.

The Ministry of Education has managed different facilities and resources to help such students in grade improvement exams. The students are advised to take advantage of those services.

All schools must compulsorily conduct regular classes, along with support, facilitation, and extra classes targeted for the examination, for all students participating in the grade improvement exam.

Additionally, programs run by this center in collaboration with Nepal Television and Radio Nepal will be broadcasted as per the following schedule, targeting participants of the SEE grade improvement exam. Please inform all concerned students to watch/listen to these programs and benefit from them as much as possible.

Broadcast Schedule: From Monday, 17th Asar 2081 B.S. until the day before the start of the grade improvement examination.

All schools must compulsorily conduct regular classes, along with support, facilitation, and extra classes targeted for the examination, for all students participating in the grade improvement exam. Information about these classes should be regularly provided to the local level and the Education Development and Coordination Unit.

The Education Development and Coordination Unit should arrange for the monitoring, facilitation, and regular reporting of the grade improvement targeted classes conducted across the district.

The local level is requested to arrange for the monitoring and coordination of the extra classes conducted by the schools. Additionally, the Nepal Teachers' Association, PABSON, NPABSON, professional/subject associations of teachers, NGOs working in the education sector, civil society, parents, media, and all concerned stakeholders are also requested to coordinate and facilitate in this task.
