Urgent Notice for Rural Livestock Health Workers and All Livestock Health and Livestock Service Professionals in the Fields of Animal Science, Dairy Science, and Fisheries to Register with the Council

In accordance with Section 13 of the Animal Health and Livestock Services Council Act, 2079 and Rule 8 of the Animal Health and Livestock Services Council Rules, 2051, all Livestock Health and Livestock Service Professionals and Rural Livestock Health Workers are requested to fill out the form as per Schedule 1 of the said rules and submit it along with the following documents:
Schedule
- Self-attested copy of educational qualification certificates as mentioned in Schedule 1 of the Act.
- Passport-size photo.
- Copy of Nepali citizenship certificate or national identity card.
- If a non-Nepalese citizen, an identity card issued by a government body showing identity as per passport.
- Letter from the concerned ward office of the local level where the livestock health and livestock service professional is working, certified by the concerned ward office regarding their work experience.
- Letter of work experience certified by the concerned office for professionals working in government bodies.
- Certified copy of fee payment receipt in Rastriya Banijya Bank, Teku Branch, current account number 1700100002637001 as per Schedule 2 of the Animal Health and Livestock Services Council Rules.
- Enter details in the AHLSPC online system software available on the council's website:www.ahlspc.gov.np from 1st Shrawan 2081.
- As per Rule 4(1) of the Animal Health & Livestock Services Professional Council Rules, 2081, only those livestock health and livestock service professionals who have registered their names under Section 17 of the Act and have updated their details till the day before the council fixes the election program will be voters for the election. Therefore, all are requested to participate in the registration process immediately.
