Refund Process for Ineligible and Absent Candidates in MECEE BL 2025 Exam

Kathmandu, Nepal — The Medical Education Commission has issued an important notice regarding the refund of examination fees for candidates who did not meet the minimum educational qualifications or did not participate in the recent integrated entrance examination for undergraduate medical education programs (MECEE BL 2025).

As per the notice, candidates who had submitted their online application forms for various undergraduate medical education programs but were either unable to participate in the entrance examination held from 2081/05/01 to 2081/05/05, or did not meet the required minimum educational qualifications, have had their applications canceled by the Commission.

In a decision made by the Executive Committee of the Medical Education Commission on 2081 Shrawan 30, it was agreed that the examination fees paid by these candidates would be refunded.

To claim this refund, affected candidates are required to submit a formal request to the Commission. The request must include proof of payment of the examination fee, a copy of the admit card, or the confirmation page, and must be submitted in the prescribed format.

The Commission has set a deadline of the end of Bhadra 2081 for the submission of refund applications. Candidates are urged to ensure that they submit their requests before this deadline to be eligible for the refund.

This announcement is a significant step by the Medical Education Commission to ensure fairness and transparency in the admission process. All concerned candidates are advised to take note of the deadline and follow the necessary steps to secure their refunds.
