Following the convocation, Prime Minister Oli addressed the Koshi Provincial Assembly. In his address, he emphasized the government's unwavering commitment to supporting universities in providing high-quality, scientifically and technologically advanced education. He stated that the nation's prosperity campaign hinges on advancing the education system, particularly through integrating science and technology.

"Only by making the education system advanced by the universities scientific and technology-integrated will the nation’s prosperity campaign succeed, and I affirm that the government will provide committed support for its improvement," Prime Minister Oli declared.

He urged Purbanchal University to prioritize technology-linked, research-oriented, and employment-driven education. Furthermore, he pledged government support for the university's educational reform initiatives and infrastructural development, aiming to establish it as a premier educational destination.

Addressing the graduates directly, Prime Minister Oli encouraged them to contribute to the nation's development rather than seek opportunities abroad. I want to urge you: do not consider emigrating abroad; now, roll up your sleeves and work to build the country for its prosperity. "

He congratulated the graduates and called upon them to utilize their skills, knowledge, and expertise to drive economic, social, and educational progress. "We must not only acquire education but also apply what we have learned to contribute to the country’s prosperity," he emphasized.

Prime Minister Oli further urged the graduates to explore entrepreneurial opportunities within the country, linking their education with employment and contributing to the nation's development. "We must link education with employment. We need to use the knowledge and skills acquired here to become entrepreneurs in our own country," he concluded.
