Purbanchal University, Gothgaun, Morang, has published the form application form fill-up notice for the 12th convocation. Students of M.Phil, Masters, and Bachelor level academic programs whose name is listed in the Grace list are eligible to participate in this convocation.
Eligibility
Students who have successfully completed MPhil, Postgraduate, and Graduate programs, having enrolled and passed between January 01, 2023 (17th Poush 2079) and December 31, 2023 (15th Poush 2080) are eligible to apply.
Application form Fee
- M.Phil: NRP: 7, 500 (Application form fee NRP: 5,000 and deposit for gown NPR: 2,500)
- Masters: NPR 5,500 (Application form fee NRP: 3,000 and deposit for gown NPR: 2,500)
- Bachelors: NPR: 5,000 (Application form fee NRP: 2,500 and deposit for gown NPR: 2,500)

Detains about Gown
- Gown distribution: Chaitra 16, 2079 (March 30, 2023) to Chaitra 18, 2079 (April 1, 2023)
- Gown return: Chaitra 20, 2079 (April 3, 2023) to Chaitra 22, 2079 (April 5, 2023)
Gowns will be distributed from and returned to Office of the Examination Management, Pushpalal Chowk, Biratnagar.
The Convocation Ceremony will be held on Chaitra 19, 2079 (April 2, 2023) at 11:00am in the University premises.
